The Mission

Learn more about The Mission of the Sacred Heart in Cataldo, Idaho, where Catholicism took its root in our state.

For over twenty five years, men, women and children of all ages have gathered in Post Falls during the month of July to give honor to God and profess their Catholic Faith by journeying over fifty miles, through heat, rain, and even snow, culminating the pilgrimage with a Solemn High Traditional Latin Mass in the oldest Catholic Mission in Idaho: The Sacred Heart Mission of the Coeur d’Alene Tribe at Cataldo, Idaho.

All are welcome to join in for one, two, or three days.
